  1.  Check the Source: Follow recommendations from trusted and official sources rather than social media or other unreliable sources.

  2.  Balance and Moderation: Find the balance-point between over-and-under responding to the concerns, do not reinforce misinformation.

  3.  Do What Is Necessary:  Make the necessary arrangements for you and your loved ones, then focus on other more positive life experiences and health-promoting activities.

  4.  Keep Active:  Remember that going outside, going for walks, engaging in physical movement is a health-promoting and positive manner to respond to the concern.

  5. Establish a Routine:  Create and follow a balanced routine that includes healthy eating, getting enough sleep, engaging in enjoyable activities, exercising, socializing, and down-time.
