Do you find yourself feeling jealous of people who have what you want?
Do you think all people who have money are “evil?” Or that people with the body you want are vain?
Maybe you think some people are lucky but don’t deserve what they have.
Whatever it is, these types of generalizations are not accurate and create unconcious internal conflicts that keep you from obtaining your goals.
Today’s practice is an ideal way to get past these destructive, embedded beliefs and replace them with more positive, accurate ways of looking at situations. Here’s what we do:
1. Write 10 things you are grateful for.
2. At least 7 times today, notice people who have something you would like and send gratitude. This way you draw that blessing to you through the Law of Attraction. For example, if you see someone with the ideal relationship say, “THANK YOU for my ideal relationship!”
3. Rhonda Byrne gives terrific insight on this one and makes it into a GAME you play w the Universe. She has EXCELLENT suggestions in this chapter!!!!
4. Before bed, hold your magic rock and say thanks for the best thing that happened today.
